This is a metapuzzle, i.e., a puzzle that can only be solved after solving other puzzles. In this case, those other puzzles are the five puzzles in the Sequels module of Puzzle Hunt 15, all of which you can find on this website. Like most metapuzzles, this one is designed to be solvable once you've solved most, but not all, of its input puzzles.
